The children were delighted to see him as he walked around the area while they worked on the meadow in their gardening session. Unfortunately though the hedgehog was so little he had to be taken to a wildlife centre for the winter so he is safe and warm during the cold months until he has put on some more weight! Let's hope we see more visitors arrive at our meadow as the area becomes more established.
