Flying High Computing
As part of our series of Flying High sessions we held a Computing enrichment afternoon for children from all year groups. The children were set a number of challenges they needed to complete by programming robotic balls or Spheroes.
Using iPads to control our Spheroes via bluetooth, we entered code into the Tickle app making adjustments along the way to rectify glitches, making it run more smoothly. Team work, reasoning, perserverance and problem solving skills were used to meet the challenges and the children did so with great success while enjoying themselves.
