Swimming Gala Team take 2nd Place!
Our Southbourne Junior Swimming team, comprising of ten Year 5 and 6 swimmers, competed against twelve other schools across the Chichester and Arun areas to take 2nd place in the overall competition.
We are extremely proud of our team and congratulate them on such a fantastic achievement. Some highlights of the event were the success of all four our our relay teams qualifying for the finals and the girls 25 m Medley relay team winning the final.
Ellie, Y6, came second place in 25m butterfly and Adam, Y5, came first in the boys 25 m butterfly and in the 25m breastroke.
