As part of the French exchange the children spent time in our school with the Year 5 and 6 children learning about what life is like in an English school. As always, the children were amazed by the fantastic resources, equipment and exciting curriculum we have at Southbourne Juniors. The trim trail and large field is a firm favourite with our visitors.

As well as spending time in school, we embarked on a couple of day trips to London and Portsmouth to see the sights. A ride on the London Eye and a cruise on the River Thames were highlights along with the glass floor at the top of the Spinnaker Tower!

We now look forward to seeing our friends again when we visit their school and surrounding area in June.
