All of the children were dressed in red, white and blue and the Infant's field looked resplendent with flags and bunting. Both schools then had a picnic lunch together before enjoying the rest of their break time playing in the grounds of the Junior school.

Later in the afternoon the children were given a special gift from the Queen of a commemorative coin marking her 90th year.
