Y5 Wildlife Session
The children in Year 5 have been busy building bird houses this week, as part of our school connections with a local wildlife group.
It also links fantastically well to our science learning journey about living things. The children practised skills such as sanding and hammering to construct their bird boxes. Everyone is excited to see if any local wildlife decides to make the boxes their new home in the forthcoming spring.
